Refund Policy

CogneiAI offers a straightforward refund policy. We want you to be satisfied with your subscription.
1. Monthly Subscriptions
Our Pro plan is billed monthly at $0.99/month. If you are unsatisfied with your subscription within the first 7 days of your initial payment, you may request a full refund. After 7 days, charges are non-refundable for the current billing period.
2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at support@cogneiai.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include:
- The email address associated with your account
- The date of the charge
- A brief reason for the request (optional, but helpful)
We will process eligible refunds within 5–10 business days via the original payment method through Stripe.
3. Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings. Cancellation stops future billing. You retain Pro access until the end of your current billing period. Cancelling does not automatically issue a refund for any current period charges.
4. Free Tier
The free tier (5 pages) is provided at no charge and is not eligible for any monetary refund. Free pages are consumed upon conversion and cannot be reinstated.
5. Service Disruptions
In the event of a significant service outage or technical issue on our end that prevents you from using the Service for an extended period, we will consider refunds or account credits on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us to describe the issue.
